Redox isn’t bad or anything but this tutorial walks you through the creation process. Less thrashing for first timers.
I’ve come across quite a few bare metal Rust tutorials in the IoT sphere, but the linked article is a very nice introduction with just enough detail to get people started. Most tell you what to do but not the basic why, and the why is so important when you are getting started. I’m going to bookmark this one as very useful for giving colleagues some background.
Personally, linking to this sort of stuff is what sets OS News apart.
The other political Apple v MS v Linux Fan stuff that proliferates you can get from anywhere anytime and is nothing more than low value padding.
