You might wish to fix that title to “Growl 2.0 for Windows’ because right now it sounds like you’re announcing a product for Windows 2.0.

I would recommend this, too – as long as the actual product’s name isn’t “Growl for Windows”, in this case appending the version number after the product name is completely correct. If the product’s name is just “Growl”, and “for Windows” is an arbitrary target platform specification, then I’d surely tend to follow your suggestion.

I hope they have one for Windows 286 next. I’ve been waiting for new software for quite some time.
I’ll have to try the software, though. At first, I thought that Growl would be incredibly stupid but it really is a pleasant notification system that doesn’t yell at you over and over that something has happened.
